Frequently Asked Questions 

• When will my item be shipped? 
• All items ship within 1-3 weeks! These are made to order and I do run the shop alone so things take a bit of time!
• How long does shipping take? 
• That all just depends on USPS! US orders typically take anywhere from 3-7 days, where international can be up to 2 weeks. USPS does have a lot of delays though so these times aren't always accurate! Please know that it is completely out of my control when an item gets delayed. If I could hand deliver everything to all of you, I would! 
• Is there a certain way to wash my items? 
• Yes! Each order comes with a card that has washing instructions on it. But in case that was missing or the card was lost, here they are:) 
• Turn garment inside out. Wash with mild detergent in cold water. Hang dry or dry with low heat. Do NOT dry clean or use fabric softener. Do not use iron on design. 
• Why has my tracking not updated?
• USPS has really long delays sometimes! I've had a few people that noticed their tracking did not update for up to 4 days after they got the email that it had shipped. If it is past the 4 days mark and you still have not seen any updates, please reach out to me! If it gets to that long of a wait for tracking to update, it could have gotten lost in transit. If that is the case, a replacement can be sent to you or you can choose to cancel the order and get a refund! 
• Do you do custom orders?
• Yes! I absolutely love doing custom orders! Check out the listing on my site titled "Custom Orders." From there you can describe what you would want on the item and then we will get into contact so we can figure out which photo you want as well!
